Returns & Shipping
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note due to all our product being handmade exact size is not guaranteed, all sizes given are a close estimate. All fabric is made and purchased in one shop here in Athens, Greece but exact colour is not guaranteed due to photography and computer monitors. If you have a question about the size or colour product, please email email@example.com and we will be happy to provide more detail. We can confirm that the item you choose is the one that will be sent to you. Therefore, we cannot offer exchanges based on colour. Returns will only be accepted if there is a defect with the product, and they may be returned for an exchange of the same item.
International Customers are responsible for customs fees within their own country. Customs rates and taxes vary by country. Please review the customs fees that may be applied to your order before making your purchase. Threads of Hope is not responsible for customs fees related to the purchase of your Threads of Hope product. Any returns that incur custom fees will be deducted from the refund price.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days details in a confirmation email.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to use. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Threads of Hope are not responsible for items that do not reach us.
